This training was a 10-day online course that covered the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This training was a combination of instruction and team-based exercises. Every participant who completed the training received credentials to attempt the Scrum Master and Scrum Foundations Certificate (Certiprof)
Challenges
Due to the pandemic situation in which we found ourselves, giving the training remotely was a challenge. However, we found the way to connect with our students via videochat classes and our Learning Management System, which helped as a platform to monitor practices and each student progress.
Results
Our students worked in real-life cases with their classmates, they learned how to transform the way teams interact with each and their customers, how to streamline project management, optimize product delivery and deliver better solutions on time within budget. Also, they got all the information the needed in order to get their certifications as Scrum Masters and Scrum Foundations.
